I have veered off the course a little bit, and have made some different blocks, because I could not figure out the original stars that were in Cheri's and Lori's and Denise's quilts. So...I made my own! And added a couple of hearts. I love this project!!
I was idly thinking over the last few weeks...I need to make a pincushion out of this little orphan block. I tend to think these things and not actually DO these things...and that changed today. I made that pincushion! I made a little string wallet too, so I can keep my receipts in it for the month, until I can reconcile the bank statement. I feel so organized!! NOT! Hahahaha!
Have an amazing day today!

Your Liberty blocks look fabulous, and I love all the log cabin blocks, shown in an earlier post. All the "Loonies" are creating superb blocks.
Beautiful Land of Liberty blocks--I like how your stars surround the blocks...very nice. Hugs, Julierose
The Liberty quilt is looking wonderful!!
Great pin cushion- you can never have enough!
I love your Sweet Land of Liberty blocks. I changed the stars too. Hugs, Cathy
Wonderful blocks! Looking forward to seeing it altogether..I changed the star method also.
Cute pincushions
It is just fine to change to a star of your choice; it is your quilt! Indeed you chose a nice one, and the hearts add a great feeling to a patriotic quilt. I never thought of making a little bag for receipts; great idea! (I use a plastic sandwich bag.) The pin cushion is cute too. You have just been full of great ideas! ---"Love"
I wish some of your organization would rub off on me!
Great blocks for your quilt!
Gorgeous addition to the Land of Liberty. Your blocks are fabulous. Love your little projects. Sometimes, we just need to finish something and pincushions are perfect for that. Enjoy! ;^)
Your stars are the kind I like to make.
I like all the changes you have made. I especially like the remembrance block with the banner hanging from the bird's beak. Cute.
Looking fabulous :0)...I've fallen behind and kind of lost my mojo :0(.....too much computer time and not enough sewing time! Keep up the good work and Happy Sewing!
I really do love your stars. Having them not be "wonky" is easier to piece and fits perfectly with your other blocks.
I also love the other star blocks you added. They will look great in this quilt!
Congratulations on staying caught up. We are so near the end. I will be a little sad for this group to end.
