Above are some bookmarks I created for friends. I used a Free Spirit charm pack. These were fast and fun to make.
I am working on my modern quilt top. I just finished three more blocks. They are super-fast...and I don't know why this one is lingering, as I do love to work on it.
It is just beyond tulip season here. I found this one at the Fort Worth Botanical gardens. Our recent weather did not help our spring flowers, but I found plenty to admire there.
Purples for Paula!! Her favorite color.
I made a few more of these blocks, adding yellow for the month of March.
A few more of these scrappy blocks too!!
I am done with the mystery quilt!! Hurrah!!
Hope each of you is having a fabulous day!

The Modern quilt top looks great. I can see why you like to work on it. Nice to see the lonely tulip. I'm looking forward to it being warm enough to see them bloom here. Congratulations on your Bonnie Hunter finish. Her quilts aren't hard but there are so many pieces that you have to sew and sew and sew to be able to finish. Nice job!
Thank you, Robin!!! I am enjoying spring here...and even planted a few things in the garden!!
I'm not modern ;-) but I like that quilt too! It looks fun and interesting. Lovely flowers and quilty things. Lucky approves that lovely Mysteryquilt finish! Hugs to you both :-)
So many projects, and you make so much progress all the time!
Congrats on the mystery quilt finish! That is a big deal in my book.
I have been away from blogs too much this year. I didn't know you were doing a modern quilt. It looks really good.
Such a pretty tulip. I love botanical gardens.
Hope you are doing well, my friend!
Such scrappy goodness! The modern quilt is a departure for you, isn't it? Very interesting design. And congratulations on the Old Town completion.
