Oh that purple made me smile :-) Lovely colors and blocks! Such beautiful progress on your blocks! I've been sewing with some brights lately of coneflowers and big, fat bumble bees. Hard not to have a good day with beautiful fabric!

What a rich looking applique block.. Purple is so appropriate for this time of year. My garden has seen violets, wisteria, lilacs, and now the iris' are in bloom. Really nice.

Very pretty Julie! I am tempted to purchase Ms Lincoln, but will wait, I have a stack of patterns I purchased, or had since late December and they are waiting - guess for someone to quilt.

Looks like you have several appliqué projects. Now I have to find out more about your Lincoln quilt! L

Puffins and purples!!

I was tempted by Puffins...a squirrelly breed!!  LOL!  This fabric was shared with me, and I have been loved these bright, candy corn colors...
