Good evening, everyone! Above is my all-put-together Celtic Solstice. Or you could call it Autumn Equinox, LOL! It does kind of look like a fall time quilt to me. I tried to use what I had in the stash... Anyway, it is in one piece!! The only thing left is to put the final border on. I don't care for any of my choices...so not sure what I will do. I will look in the stash to see what I can find.
But I am sure glad it is all together, to this point anyhow!!
I turned a couple of blocks the wrong way, and did not discover it until the top was together. They are there to stay...no way I would ever take them out and fix them at this point!!
Thank you, Bonnie Hunter of Quiltville, for a really fun mystery quilt...this is your best pattern yet in my opinion!!!
Have a great night, all!
Julie

WooHoo!! Way to go, Julie! It looks scrumptious! I think you have found a great name!!
Great colors in this striking quilt. Well done!
Way to Go... it's really gorgeous... what a great sense of color you have!
Wow! That was quick sewing! If it was me, I would still be working on clue #1 this time next year ;-)
Love the quilt and love the colors. Nice job!
WOW - looks amazing :)
Your version has turned out really well, Julie. I love your restful, autumnal colours.
Wow, it looks great! It really does look autumnal too.
You are way ahead of me! I have 4 rows together by yesterday afternoon and then pooped out.
It is absolutely beautiful!
Nice job on the quilt and I do love the Fall colors. So good to used fabrics in your stash. I must admit when someone says they turned some blocks wrong I immediately try to find them. Well I could not find the in your quilt, so they must not be that noticeable. :)
Fall colors make me happy!
Beautiful - I really like your colour choices!
Gorgeous, Julie!!
I think it's lovely - very country
You've been working so hard. It's a lovely design and your choice of colors just hits the spot.
I love to "vicariously piece" with you :-) Haven't stitched anything myself for weeks so I love watching so much progress at least in your sewing room!
The colors you chose look a lot like the tiled floors that Bonnie was inspired by. Lovely work!
Spectacular!!!
Hello Julie, loved following your progess with Bonnies quilt...I am sure you will find the right combination for the final border..hugs, lyn
Wow............What a great quilt.
Snoopy Dancing in NC in honor of you.
Wow! That looks incredible! LOVE the border esp.:)
Looks terrific and the name is perfect too!
It's beautiful, Julie! Love the plaids. Have a blessed new year!
Beautiful - and no one will notice the blocks unless you tell them :-)
I'm slow - but I'll get there. I can't wait to see mine put together.
Blessings,
Darlene
I love its new name! The colors are perfect for it. Did you use up all the star point fabric, which is really background on the tall geese of the border. My first thought was more of that.
It looks fabulous Julie, great colour choice and border finish.
Julie, I love this quilt! The colors you chose are perfect, and it's absolutely gorgeous. Well don, my friend, well done!
It looks great in your colours Julie! So different to the original, but so right. It definitely does have an autumn look about it.
