Alrighty, then!! I finished the t-shirt quilt top!! I am so glad it is in one piece, and that I can maybe give it to the intended recipient for Christmas. Yahoo!!
I plan to embroider the school dates and their names on the quilt too...that will be fun and relaxing in the evenings.
Everyone, I sincerely hope you have a super great evening!!

Great quilt, are they stretchy to make?
Well, there you go :-)
Perfect border!
Love it!
Your border fabric adds just the right touch
Very fun T-shirt quilt, Julie. I think the narrow, dark, inner border is a nice frame, and your outer border fabric is perfect!
Gorgeous! I had that exact fabric in black! Glad it worked out!
Great job! The border ties it all together.
Very nice - it will be a treasured quilt.
Good for you! It will be much appreciated I'm sure--so sentimental.:)
Love that t-shirt quilt and all the other finishes you've had lately.
Great! You're brave.. I've yet to get the nerve to try one of these. Is that regular cotton fabric you used for the border?
My niece wants me to make a t-shirt quilt for her (really late) wedding present. I told her to NOT cut the t-shirts, but, she handed me a bag of cut up shirts. I haven't had the courage to even open the bag. I don't know if I can save enough pieces to even add the fusible to the back. I've not made a t-shirt quilt before.
