Your Liberty blocks look fabulous, and I love all the log cabin blocks, shown in an earlier post. All the "Loonies" are creating superb blocks.

It is just fine to change to a star of your choice; it is your quilt! Indeed you chose a nice one, and the hearts add a great feeling to a patriotic quilt. I never thought of making a little bag for receipts; great idea! (I use a plastic sandwich bag.) The pin cushion is cute too. You have just been full of great ideas! ---"Love"

Gorgeous addition to the Land of Liberty. Your blocks are fabulous. Love your little projects. Sometimes, we just need to finish something and pincushions are perfect for that. Enjoy! ;^)

I like all the changes you have made. I especially like the remembrance block with the banner hanging from the bird's beak. Cute.

I really do love your stars. Having them not be "wonky" is easier to piece and fits perfectly with your other blocks.
I also love the other star blocks you added. They will look great in this quilt!
Congratulations on staying caught up. We are so near the end. I will be a little sad for this group to end.
