In the days when I am off, I run around and clean house and intermittently make nursing caps. I am getting faster at that!

Today, I am mowing the lawn and baking a little after that. Seven layer bars! I have been making my own bread, but I cannot find yeast locally...I will look on Amazon.

I was playing with my Log Cabin blocks recently too!
I would be out of dark blue fabric after about five blocks---not a color I buy much :)

The quilt is lovely and many of us are night owls for our sewing. If you need more scraps, by all means give a shout out cause I will NEVER run out!! The baking sounds so fun. I am an art therapist at an assisted living facility and my days off are for sewing and recharging. IT's the only thing keeping me sane in these stressful times. However, I do think about sourdough bread baking. Maybe one day....

So much work, but these are looking wonderful! Everyone in my family would be alarmed if I was up at that time using the sewing machine.:) Good that it works so well for you!

Your little log cabin blocks is beautiful! I don't know how you can get up at 3 AM to quilt! I can stay up as long as anyone, but once in bed, I'm there until morning. Maybe I should set an alarm at 3 and try it? ---"Love"
