A blog about my life and quilts especially! This plaid quilt was made by me...pattern by Evelyn Sloppy in her Strings book!!
You almost have a finish, so, you NEED to have some starts, or else, you won't have enough to work on ;)
Eventually all those starts will be finishes! And starting is so much fun:)
Hi Julie, love the border going on! Unexpected and yet perfect 😊 Can't wait to see the circles.
Oh you poor dear, you've caught it...that nasty little bug that lingers around in blogland at the beginning of every year. It's hard not to catch this bug as we hop from one blog to the next drooling over all the pretty new quilt alongs, patterns and fabrics. I'm convinced we catch this bug from the drool.
I suffer from the same WONDERFUL affliction!
At least you are never bored!!
LOve your post title!! I always do QAL my way too! Glad you are having fun!
Oh I am so happy you got it too. For a long time I thought I wasn't a "real" quilter because I am so not like you: always so organized, makes her own patterns, finishes everything she starts... but look, MY hero has startitis!! YEAH!!! We are alike! lol Love what you are doing with Railroad quilt. An appliqued corner would be awesome. For now, I am only downloading Pat's Splendid Sampler. I might catch up in a couple of years lol. Love your blocks. Did you do the bonus projects from Pat? ♥ ;^)
So many of us have startitis but you also have get-her-done gene. Love what you've been working on.
Always, ALWAYS scrappy love going on here! I look forward to seeing what you will do with those circles.
Oh good, I'm not the only one! lol So fun that you caved and joined us circlers.:) At least with you I know I can come back some day and see a wonderful finish too! Love that border you're adding in the first pic!
Dear Julie, you are just amazing, love the railroad cross border, looks perfect.Greetings,Sylvia
Hi Julie, I always love seeing what you are up to with your quilts regards ofaigh
me too...lovely projects tho so keep on starting i say!
You make me want to start a few new projects!! I'm closing in on several finishes and want to get them complete before starting!!Great projects!
I think start-itis must be very catching. Spreads like wildfire.
You also have lots of finishes, so the start-itis pays off!! Starting new projects is just too fun. I seriously need a case of finish-itis to set in!
I love the Railroad Through the Rockies quilt. Any chance you could direct me to the pattern?
