And there we went!!

Well, I got distracted!  I am working on a BOM, above...Enchanted Garden.   I love to work on these appliques, they are so much fun!  Ready to go for the next two blocks.
So, I made some progress...only five rows left!  Yippee...these little four inch blocks, four hundred of them, are taking some time to sew together.  I will use a small border, mainly to protect all those little seams, because quilting will not take place for a while, probably...

Have a great day!!

Julie

For someone with a taxing full-time job, you are one of the most productive people I know.

Four hundred blocks makes this log cabin a real scrap buster!

Julie, did you ever "web" your blocks into a stack so you can just set them beside your machine and sew them to each other? I do this all the time. Learned it from Bonnie Hunter, of course. Check it out!

I'm retired and quilt-obssessed (making up for all the lost time when I was working full time) ... but you put me to shame! I love log cabins ... and a teeny, tiny one just might have to go on my quilting bucket list. ;-)

The blocks are amazing! I love it. Log cabin is one of my favorites. I made a 16 block one recently. At the time that seemed like a lot. Then I see this and think, WOW!!

Wow, that log cabin quilt is really coming together fast, I think (of course, I am not the one doing it). It looks wonderful, Julie!

Puffins and purples!!

I was tempted by Puffins...a squirrelly breed!!  LOL!  This fabric was shared with me, and I have been loved these bright, candy corn colors...
