Quiltville's Quips & Snips!!: Rhododendron Trail
But hurry! I don't think they will be free...or a mystery...for that much longer!
I love these soft colors...a summertime, soft looking quilt. Only a bushel basket full of blocks to still make, and there you go!!!
How are you doing...any goals for the new year??? My mind is whirling with possibilities!

Love the soft colors. Bonnie's Mysteries are so fun. I'm trying to finish a small Round Robin Quilt from 2006 today. Cathching up loose ends.
Lovely soft colourway Julie
i love her colors this time around....missed you on zoom...can't wait to see more!
Your Bonnie Hunter mystery is looking great!!
Love the colors!
Hope things have settled down at work for you!
Happy New Year as well.
Hugs,
Randy
Those are fabulous colors. I'm glad you have a little more time to work on it.
Beautiful! I was a little wary of her color choices and am holding out to start yet, but I'm liking what I see! I'm catching up from recovering from my booster jab on the 31st, which took me down on the 1st. I expected as much and knew if I just took it easy, I'd recover faster and it worked. But man, I sure hope this is the last round. Each one gets a little more complicated, though nothing compared to the actual disease. Happy new year!
Love your blocks! I say out of the mystery this year. I almost wish I had joined in but knew I had too much going on. I have been saving all the steps, so maybe some day.... 😁

So no was cutting blocks for this quilt on zoom this week and then she was making a gazillion flying geese. Nice to see what it's possibly turning into.
LOL--only a bushel basket of blocks to go! The colors are very pretty, and so "you".
My quilting goals for this year are to finish most of the things I started last year when I lost my head and joined everything!! :)
A very happy new year. May your new year be as pretty as your quilts and filled with many happy colours.
I'm loving the Rhododendron Trail colors too! I'm really looking forward to seeing the finished design.
I've never made one of Bonnie's mystery quilts, but I must say I love the colors of this quilt. I had shoulder surgery last August and have just now started cutting and ironing one or two blocks. I can't do it for long before it starts hurting again. This surgery is a long haul to recover from....sigh....
I hope you and your hospital staff are doing well during this latest surge of the virus. I give a big Thank You to everyone.
My physical therapist's Mom is a respiratory therapist at one of Chicago's big hospitals. She said that about a fourth of the staff have quit because they are stressed and emotionally spent. I hope quilting brings you relief from the stress. Take care of yourself---this will end some day.
Beautiful colors!!! and that pattern is really cool too!
It's so interesting that she gave us a block already! I've started this one but have only made some of the first 3 clues. I'm not a fan of pink so mine are more raspberry-ish. I will catch up this month, mostly prepping for L/E sewing. I have two or three WIP that need quilting, and another winter themed that I will start on this week. I know there will be QALs too!
Drooling on the keyboard here ;-) Your fabric and color choices are just lovely. (heart emoji here). Happy New Year!
Great colors on this one! Love yellow and pinks together so much.:) Happy new Year to you too!
Great colors Julie, I am enjoying the mystery too and as a ramp up to the start of the mystery I published everyone of my former mystery quilts on Bonnie's Facebook site :0), you can see them all by looking under my post on that FB page :0). Have a blessed 2022 with hours and hours of happy sewing!
What a sweet colored winter quilt! She does an amazing job with her mystery quilts.
I've got quite a few goals for the new year. I'll be 60 this year so nee to keep working hard and getting a little more healthy!
Happy New Year!
