Plannings...part two!!

I meant for this picture to go on the previous post....so, here is what I am doing with my 3 inch nine patches we swapped last year!! All scrappy...and so much fun!! Julie S...are you ready to go??

Love what you're doing with the nine patch blocks! Good idea to sew up your Dear Jane as you go too. That's how I would do it! :0)

So your 3 inch is the churn dash setting and your 6 inch is sister's choice? Will you work the two in to the same quilt or keep them separate? I love how much you get done - you must be very disciplined!

It's perfect, Julie! Churn Dash is one of my most favorite blocks, and I love the nine-patch in the center! Beautiful, simple, perfect. :D

Churn Dash is another fave block of mine. Love your fabric choices! So the Sister's Choice is for your 6" 9 patches, right?

You have been very industrious. That was a good idea to use the 9 patches.
I have fallen a little behind on my Civil War blocks, those stars slowed down the process considerably.
But it is for pleasure and not a competition so I will just plod along.

so they finish at 7" then?? so cute! I swapped (actually hosted) a few years back quarterly mini 9patch swaps all year and have over 800 in th esewing room waiting to be used for something one day. These are SOOOO cute - I also saw the other block in a previous post and it was cute too :)
