Ok, OK!! I have start-itis!!!

I am working on the the pieced border of the "Railroad Through the Rockies" quilt.  I plan to applique something in the corners.
 One border left to go!!
I am thinking of applique circles, standing for the water tower stops, on the railroad, like in the old railroading days!!
I started the Splendid Sampler, by Pat Sloan and friends.  Here is my start.  Of course, I am making the blocks my way, LOL!!
AUDREY!!  I am starting a circle quilt!!  I cut out a whole ton of circles, and will choose one each day that best reflects my day and mood...

STARTITIS!!!!!

(but such fun!)

Have a great day, everyone!!

Julie

You almost have a finish, so, you NEED to have some starts, or else, you won't have enough to work on ;)

Eventually all those starts will be finishes! And starting is so much fun:)

Oh you poor dear, you've caught it...that nasty little bug that lingers around in blogland at the beginning of every year. It's hard not to catch this bug as we hop from one blog to the next drooling over all the pretty new quilt alongs, patterns and fabrics. I'm convinced we catch this bug from the drool.

Oh I am so happy you got it too. For a long time I thought I wasn't a "real" quilter because I am so not like you: always so organized, makes her own patterns, finishes everything she starts... but look, MY hero has startitis!! YEAH!!! We are alike! lol
Love what you are doing with Railroad quilt. An appliqued corner would be awesome. For now, I am only downloading Pat's Splendid Sampler. I might catch up in a couple of years lol. Love your blocks. Did you do the bonus projects from Pat? ♥ ;^)

So many of us have startitis but you also have get-her-done gene. Love what you've been working on.

I think start-itis must be very catching. Spreads like wildfire.

You also have lots of finishes, so the start-itis pays off!! Starting new projects is just too fun. I seriously need a case of finish-itis to set in!
